Hired Attorney

This lawyer asked for and received up-front money while being suspended for a period of at least one year from the practice of law based on his conduct toward the board and toward clients. He had been ordered to inform all his clients that he had been suspended, but did not do so. He was always "investigating" when asked for progress reports. The law firm with which he was affiliated finally refunded the payment made to Palacios. This happened in 2011 to 2013.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
