Hired Attorney

This firm is the absolute worse I had a paid over 5k for this man to represent me and my child and they did nothing other then for me to stop calling and asking for updates that they will contact me when there's an update and never heard anything back and when I kept with asking for information Mr Dugan yelled at me that my case isn't important enough for his time and that he's withdrawing from my case and when I asked for my 5k retaining fee he said that he's not refunding me it all in all in my mind this man shouldn't be anyone's attorney and should be de barred and for how he treats his clients and attorneys all he does is yell and cuss at clients that don't have big payouts
