Lloyd Bates is a bare minimum lawyer. Charges the max amount and does not want to listen to you or your issues on your case. We sat through two $300 one hour sessions in which he spent most of our time and money talking about himself and his life experiences. Although we won the case, he did not represent is in the manner we had hoped. He did not study or present hardly any of the evidence we spent months gathering for him. Provided audio from previous hearings which he never listened to.
If you are in need of a lawyer in the area, I would in no way recommend this group. They are very difficult to work with and are overpriced. I was very disappointed with their services.
Made a mistake in work he completed and was paid for. This attorney would not correct the mistake, simply told us to hire another attorney. His staff are rude and were unwilling to pass on information to the attorney. His advice to hire another attorney is the only and best advice received from him.
The most worthless lawyer I have ever encountered. He does not like an intelligent female. I think they intimidate him! Totally Worthless!
