The office said oh we will call you and I waited week later called again well they are busy the attorney is out of town or this or that maybe you can look for someone else . That's a a poor excuse , lack of professionalism , non attentive not caring. So if the office wants to be unprofessional then I guess that's that however I wouldn't recommend it , a true attorney office is caring and will pick up clients
I've been a client for 15 months and I've NEVER in my life had to deal with such lack of care from any professional like I have from Flores/Mendez. Everytime I call for a case update, they don't have one. My medical treatment has been completed since May of 2023 and I've yet to receive a settlement. They haven't even determined how much of my medical costs needs to be paid back, even though I was assured that it would be handled "promptly" which apparently means something else entirely to lawyers. Unless you want to lose money and sanity, find a different lawyer.
