Bradley A. Springer

Bradley grew up in the State of Indiana. He graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Business - Legal Studies in 2003. Following his undergrad, Bradley served as an Americorp volunteer for Montana Legal Services in Butte, Montana where he lived for one year. He returned to Indiana in 2004 for law school and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
Bradley moved to New Mexico in 2007 where he began his legal practice. Before joining Holt Mynatt Martínez P.C. in 2010, Bradley was an Assistant District Attorney for the Third Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, where he was recognized for his work ethic and trial expertise, and was named Prosecutor of the Year in 2008.
Since 2010, Bradley has focused his practice in the areas of government representation, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and real property matters. He has represented both public entities and private institutions in a wide variety of legal issues, and tried a multitude of cases in New Mexico courts.
Bradley has defended self-insured municipalities, school districts and southern New Mexico counties in cases assigned by the New Mexico Public School Insurance Authority and the New Mexico Association of Counties. He has also represented many small businesses and non-profit organizations in Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Deming, and Silver City. He regularly defends insureds in casualty claims for carriers including American National Property and Casualty Company and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
Bradley’s representation of public entities currently includes his role as City Attorney for the City of Sunland Park and the City of Truth or Consequences with respect to all operational and legal compliance matters. In the private sector, he represents two El Paso-based federal credit unions, providing both in-house advice, and representation in litigation. Bradley is experienced in both state and federal courts, and has a proven track record in the effective representation of clients ranging from small dispute resolution to multi-million dollar litigation.
