I hired Catherine to represent me for contempt charges filed against me from my ex-husband post-divorce and parenting plan. She handled my case with such care and compassion, I honestly do not know how I could have survived going through the whole thing without her. I will never forget in my life how much she cared and how much she helped me. She calmed my mind, helped to dry my tears, and treated me with such kindness. She is incredibly knowledgable with the law and REALLY pays attention to detail! She was prepared for the hearing and maintained professionalism. These types of attorneys are incredibly hard to find these days. Her prices were so fair, and never did I feel like she was pressuring me or over-charging. I will FOREVER be grateful for Katherine and will use her in the future again. Do not hesitate to hire her. She is a rare gem of an attorney! Thank you, Catherine.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Frazier and his team. They were there every step of the way for me. They answered my questions within the same day, it was easy to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any Medicaid planning needs. It is peace of mind navigating through the Medicaid requirements in order to qualify. Thank you all and I will definitely use your firm for any future needs.

Don't waste your time and energy by going to this lawyer. He is just copy, paste and replace lawyer. He is very impatient to answer any questions or discuss what you need. He don't even know the basics ,which everyone can find just by googling. He gave misinformation and misguided me in my trust creation. I found this in Forbes which describes him exactly!! "So why do planners title trust and entities this way? There is not any law that says the client's name must be used, so the only conclusion must be that it is some combination of convenience, force of habit, and laziness."

Denis Moses never returns phone calls! He's combative when he does and I asked him to refer to an attorney in the area that specializes in litigatoin and he gave me Glen Greenfelder who died in 2022! Its 2026! Denis helped my sister steal my 84yo uncles estate. He set up a trust naming her the trustee immediately after my uncle had a stroke and she put him in a nursing home. This is a case for 'It's Florida Man!' Looking for a trashy lawyer go here.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are so incredibly rude & disrespectful. I couldn’t speak to them on the phone without being talked over and talked down to. Attorney Jim Loncarski should not be practicing. He has zero ability to speak to people kindly. He repeatedly told me that I didn’t understand and then failed to help me when I asked him to please explain. I did not go to law school, I’m coming to them for legal advice and it seems like basic expectation for a lawyer to understand that when we come to them for legal advice, that we need them to take their time and explain things to us. Instead, he limited how many questions we could ask in our initial call and told us flat out that he wasn’t being paid to talk to us. I am totally appalled by their actions and words. They did not display the slightest bit of professionalism.
