Maribeth is just stellar--sharp, incisive and professional. She took on a large company on my behalf, and got the issue resolved in spite of every obstacle they tried to throw in her way. Would recommend her to anyone!
I heard so many wonderful things about Ms. Galvan that I didn't hesitate to hire her when I was fired for my disability. 2 and 1/2 years later I have to say that I have been very disappointed. She did not keep me updated, I had to call several times just to get a phone call back. The total time Ms. Galvan and and her staff spent on my case totaled approximately 15 hrs. All that for 10,000. I would not hire Ms Galvan again.
Working with her was extremely difficult. She openly uses slurs from the 1960's such as "zebra couple"(old slang for mixed race couple), and disparaged me for making a mistake. She's extremely rude and aggressive, always wanting to be right, and wanting me to listen to moralizing stories. She's inappropriately political and asks inappropriate questions such as "Does the gun you carry make your penis feel larger?" She also makes it a point to shout, "Be quiet!" or "Will you let me finish?" during her own ramblings. Stay away from this attorney if you're looking for actual representation, she's about race baiting and politics before her own clients.
Do not hire Galvan!!! She is not only rude to her clients, but also belittles her staff in front of clients. She charged me over 700 dollars for one visit. She rarely responded to the opposing counsel. She seemed often preoccupied and did not fight for me in my divorce case. I fired her and hired another. The retainer was quite high - 7,000.00 for what seemed like a joke!! Quite possibly the rudest and most expensive attorney in Wyoming!
I gave one star because I had to, I'd give zero if it were possible. DO NOT hire her for your divorce! She did not fight for me. She did not treat me well. She billed me while taking calls from other clients and having other clients walk in during my scheduled office visits. She thinks it's funny to yell and scream at you to "Be quiet!!! It doesn'tmatter!!!" That should be a sign on her office door.
Quite possibly the rudest woman I have ever met. I watched her verbally abuse a staff member and a visiting attorney.
