I felt they answered all of my questions I had and were very professional. Their staff was very helpful and polite when I set up my appointment. I would highly recommend this law firm.
My children faced domestic violence from their mother. My divorce lawyer convinced me I didn't have a chance (a male), 6 yrs later, my new lawyer (female) could not convince the courts & reduced my parenting time. Mrs. Picard protected my children when the domestic charges were sought. She reacted the same day we spoke and obtained immediate suspension of visits. She is ethical, preserves co-exist relation with mother, tough, tells it straight, helps you understand your rights...and opposing.
I had a good experience with this firm. My calls were always returned and the attorney and her assistant were always up front with me about what was going on and explained the process to me so I knew what was happening. The entire staff was also always professional and seemed very experienced. I have to give them a 4 for a value for the money because I will never like paying money for an attorneys services. However, overall I would highly recommend this firm.
I felt I was taken for a ride to only get my money, with no results on our interest. Judge was unaware we were going to be in court. Renee Picard left just as we were to be called with a different attorney taking her place who did not know what the case was even about. She was of no help and we felt like fools! The judge rolled his eyes and shut us down! At $200.00 an hour we deserved a lot more than that. I will never use/recommend this firm ever!
I think I was only a part-time client for her. I didn't really feel that I had someone who cared about the outcome of my divorce. I don't even feel that she even read those endless lists she requested that I write explaining my side of the situation. I don't think that going to the arbitrator was the right way to help me.
Terrible attorneys. Overcharge without warning and provide poor legal advice. Stay away.
I would like to be able to rate them higher, but honestly I could not. I had very poor communication with them and multiple times had to contact them to get a response. I always felt I was having to do their job for them. Their lack of response and lax communication made me feel like I was unimportant to them. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
