I have two reviews. One terrible one stellar. Carrie Huff. Run!! She destroyed my divorce case. She would not respond to my questions. When she was first hired she gave a timeline of 2 months. It took over 2 years. My mother was diagnosed and died of cancer in that time period. She finally finished her small part in my case by working with my ex husband, on my dime. I was so confused, she had me sign away 20% of my husband's retirement back to him. I had so much going on, my mother just passed. I was selling properties and dealing with tenants. I could be really devastated about the money she lost. Craig Gerard. Awesome!!! He will get back to you right away. He will put you at ease and explain everything. He walked me through each step from my mother's obituary to the closing of the trust bank account. I worked with him for two years. I used him because he was affiliated with the Hantz Group. Shane worked with me after my partner and I split up and needed to figure out selling the house. Since we were never married, it was more real estate/civil than traditional divorce law. Pat Gallagher represented my business in filing a lawsuit and obtaining a judgment against a large out-of-state company that refused to pay a contract balance owed to my business. Pat then arranged for the garnishment of bank accounts of the company that recovered all of the money owed to my business. The recovery of this money really helped my business especially during these tough economic times.
