We hired Sal Gani to help navigate an ongoing family matter and transition Durable Power of Attorney privileges at my grandmother's request. Sal has been unresponsive and hard to work with since we began this process; he rarely answers or returns calls and email. After months of confusion, poor communication, and dragging my grandmother into his office multiple times, the issue is still unresolved. He did not follow directions and guidance from my grandmother, and created a bigger legal issue for my family. We are unable to resolve issues affecting her care as a result of his negligence. We kindly approached him to correct the issue; he is unhelpful and will not make this change, nor care to understand how this affects my grandmother. Do not hire this attorney!
