Dan handled med bill hearing covering 2 years reimbursement the firm had failed to file incrementally. He spoke with IC attorney then told us IC agreed to pay, we could leave, then read into record IC to pay 1st 1/2, not 2nd/$4500. We didn't agree & confronted him on WC notice, said he got 1/2 this way & would appeal for 2nd. He did appeal but it was kicked at pre appeal meeting because he had settled. Lots of feeble excuses but no money. We will go after him & the firm to collect.
