***WARNING*** make one of the best decisions in your life and DO NOT go here. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made (I'm far from perfect, I know we are all human). Emails ignored, very rude and hateful phone calls. Demeaning conversations. I retained David Cook 3 years ago, I finally read some reviews and even spoke to some of his colleagues and fired him shortly afterward. I’ve never been in trouble and didn’t know the process from the start. Not once did I feel like Dave was representing me or had my best interest or had my back. His staff change constantly (which I can’t blame them). I could go into more detail, but I will save you the time. Like I said, **WARNING** do not waste your time nor your money. I’m not sure about you, but I work too hard for the money that I earn. When I go into an office, pay a large fee I feel like being treated as a client is not too much to ask.
Please read these reviews, I repeat do not hire this lawyer. He is very rude and demeaning. He had not taken my best interest and wasn't on my side. He critized me and coerced me into a agreement I never wanted to sign. He will take your money and do no work for you. He talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. He is more concerned his own reputation than having the clients interest at heart.
THE WORST LAWYER AND PERSON THAT YOU EVER WANT TO HIRE OR EVEN HOLD A CONVERSATION WITH HE QUICKLY RESPONDED TOOK MY MONEY AND WOULD NOT EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS I DID ALL THE FOOTWORK AND THIS MAN CHARGED ME 3 GRAND AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN HE IS THE WORST
