Hired Attorney

Thank God I found this lawyer. He saved my home and fought with the mortgage company to get my loan restructured. I thought I would have to file bankruptcy but I didn't. The fees were really reasonable and he gave me a payment plan I could afford. The staff was super friendly and understanding. It turned out to be more complicated than we thought, but he didn't increase the bill even though he did a lot of extra work to get it done.

Hired Attorney

I liked him in face-to-face meetings but poor at email or phone inquiries. His staff was nice but far from helpful and in the matter of mortgage company filing false papers, his staff told me he doesn't handle that. Why did i hire him them? 2 weeks later in his office, he said he takes care of these issues all the time. Well, he should tell his staff that. Note, i am still waiting for copies of the tax forms he was to fill out.this could all have been handled via email. My time is valuable too.
