John and his firm worked tirelessly on my wife's case. It was very complicated and complex. John always kept us updated on the progress of our case and advised us on our best path forward, both legally and for her medical treatment. John and his firm were always working on bringing our case to a resolution the we felt was justified. John held himself to the highest standards, communicated with us, educated us, was professional, and ultimately was victorious for us. Hired Attorney Eric Schelin Rothermel

He helped us with a very difficult family estate, which we ended up having to go to court due to a difficult family member. He knew the law and followed it to a T and helped us walk out of the court room with closure and in favor of the estate which in turn helped us close out the estate and this horrible chapter in our life and move on.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and deep appreciation for the outstanding job Attorney John May did for me. To put John’s determined, positive work in proper perspective, you have to understand where my case stood before I met him. I thought I had an attorney who knew what he was doing, only to find out my case was not getting anywhere. Through a good friend who had used John for a previous case and was totally satisfied with the expeditiousness of settling that case, my friend kept telling me, you must meet John, because he knows how to get the job done! I’ll never forget my first meeting with John May; within the first few minutes of hearing John detail to me all that is involved and what he would do to try and settle my case, I said to myself, this attorney knows exactly what to do, and what he is talking about. Hired Attorney Eric Schelin Rothermel

Eric Rothermel helped me through a very long and complicated separation and divorce over a seven year period. He is a great listener and remembers everything! John represented us in a guardianship case with our son.. He made himself available; returned calls promptly; kept us informed about the progress of our case in a timely manner.. His skill’s he demonstrated in court proceedings were amazing given the circumstances..When taking guardianship, it’s very hard to talk about some issues, but John was very sensitive to this matter..He knew when to give a shoulder..He treated us just like family..John periodically checked on our family..He went above & beyond..Hire this firm you will NOT regret your decision..

I WAS GIVEN MR. MAY'S NAME BY AN ESTATE AUCTION OWNER WHO USED HIM FOR ESTATE AND PROBATE WORK. AT THE TIME I WAS INTERVIEWING OTHER LAW FIRMS TRYING TO DETERMINE WHICH FIRM TO HIRE. MR. MAY ALLOWED ME TO WORK ON PARTS OF THE ESTATE PROCESS WHICH WAS ONE OF MY CAIVOTS TO HIRE. THE OFFICE WHICH IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE COUNTY COURT HOUSE HELPS EXPEDITE FILINGS AND AQUISITON OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS. ALL PARTS OF THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY.

John H. May provided us with excellent legal services in a complex case involving guardianship. He helped us sort out the issues, evaluate them objectively, laid out our options, provided helpful resource information, composed well written court documents, prepared us well for hearings, and provided excellent representation in the courtroom.
