It has now been 8 years now since I have seen my daughter thanks to Paul Hensley, Paul gave me bad advice time and time again and left me in such bad light with the judge I will never get a fair trial to see my daughter. He will not fight for you but will do what is best for his own personal gain. He placed a target on my back and destroyed my reputation by his laziness. What defense attorney does not cross-examine his own client, or call witnesses? It was more important for him at the time to keep the judge on her schedule than protect his client. Paul Hensley let me get blistered by opposing counsel and never said a word. He sat there with a blank note pad in court and did nothing. I can not express how important it is to pick the best attorney the first time, and I will say you do not want this guy or this firm representing you.
Paul Hensley is very laid back and has no passion for his job. He does not care if he wins, he still gets paid. He is more concerned on keeping the judges happy then fighting for his clients. He was completely unprepared for my cases, cuts deals that benefit him more than me, he will not produce any detail billing and you will see why; very shady to say the least. I am worse off now with his direction and "professional opinion" and tens of thousands of dollars in debt. Not Worth $350 and hour
