Hired Attorney

She was responsive to my needs and was able to help me see through the emotional part of my divorce to get me a fair and equitable solution.

Bad. Not very responsive and caused many delays (to drive up her billable hours?) due to her not engaging in the case as expected.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Marybeth. Initially I was excited that my lawyer recommender her, as he stated, "she can smell a rat from a distance and isn't afraid of it". She ended up taking sides back and forth, turning my ex and me against one another, deeply saddening our children with her questions, and overall being moody. She would smile one moment, then reprimand us the next. Most importantly, my children were traumatized by her and she would make threats to get what she wanted from the case. In the end, lots of money and heartache for nothing.

Mary Beth Fisher was assigned to our family many years ago as a parenting coordinator, and I would not recommend her under any circumstances. It started out bad and just kept getting worse. Her involvement was an absolute disaster. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and consistently failed to follow through on agreed actions. Her clear bias and complete lack of preparation prevented any chance of fair conflict resolution. Instead, she made everything a total mess, creating lasting stress and trauma for everyone involved—especially the children. This is not an opinion, these are facts.

Hired Attorney

I strongly advise against using Mary Beth Fisher as a parenting coordinator or family mediator. She is an unprofessional individual who exacerbates conflict and operates with her own agenda. I am speaking from personal experience. Instead of assisting us in navigating our parenting issues over several years, she has consistently worsened the situation by pitting us against one another. Her lack of empathy and understanding is truly alarming. Mary Beth Fisher is known for her poor communication skills, biased treatment, and a disturbing tendency to act on misinformation without verifying facts. Her reviews from many people over the years and other families I have connected with are highly negative. This reckless behavior leads to damaging decisions and unwarranted involvement of third parties, creating unnecessary stress for both parents—stress that inevitably impacts the children as well. For the sake of your family’s well-being, I urge you to avoid her services at all cost.

Hurt our children beyond the scope of the problem. Not a caring person. Lack of integrity. Was unethical and always moody and angry.
