He helped my wife and I negotiate for fair and proper pricing for shutters that we ordered. The company messed up our order and was trying to charge far too much. We both didn't know where to begin with the process, but George jumped right in and was a tough negotiator. He helped us clearly state our concerns and lay out what we thought was fair compensation. We ended up receiving exactly what we asked for, 3 times the original amount they offered!
