Hired Attorney Thaddeus Martin IV

Mr. Martin and his associates provided excellent, thorough, compassionate service throughout the length of this very difficult case and did, I felt, in all cases, above and beyond, the standards required of his profession in this type of litigation. His office has stayed in contact since the litigation has been completed to check on our well-being and to address any additional concerns which we may have had arise.

Hired Attorney Thaddeus Martin IV

There was several of us involved in this lawsuit and Thad acted responsibly and accurately to obtain the very best results for all injured parties concerned. He added additional counsel as needed to assist him and recruited very professional medical advisors to prepare the background information on all individuals affected. He was prompt, kept us fully informed of all progress to date on the case and was quick to see that we received our settlements promptly.

Though nice, I do think they settled for whatever the other party suggested without pushing for more. Also, for such a small settlement, it took quite a long time.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
