Skip is rude and unprofessional. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me. He talked down to us and refused to explain anything.He acted as if we were supposed to know everything that we were coming to him for advice for.
terrible people. I had them write something out for me. I mailed a check. next thing I know I have court papers filed for non payment. certainly I wouldn’t not pay and attorney for his services. so I thought I messed up. right away I spoke with them and sent and instant bill pay direct from bank. then they informed me I owe an extra 120 for filing the case. since I thought maybe it was my fault I sent the extra 120. then two weeks later I get a letter saying “lawsuit still on” this is a direct payment from the bank and removed from my account. no way they didn’t get it the second time. not I’m confident they also received the first.
We did not Hire him but instead went in front of him as a magistrate for the city of North Olmsted. He was very friendly with certain people & not so with others. Almost to a point of profiling the people coming in front of him. He worried more about talking to the clerk about his family & swimming lifeguard duties while growing up while we sat & waited. Him & the prosecutor, Michael Gordillo, were both heartless & non-sympathetic to people down on their luck & are upstanding citizens.
