Sean Paris is known for providing outstanding service to his clients and for his proven ability to solve even the most complex problems. Mr. Paris practices in the areas of family law, commercial litigation, real estate disputes and criminal defense. He also practices in the area of estate administration and probate law.

Mr. Paris serves the greater Louisville metro area to include Oldham County. Indeed, he hails from Louisville where he graduated from Ballard High School. He earned a degree in criminal justice from the University of Louisville in 1993 and he attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in northern Kentucky where he earned his law degree in 1996. Mr. Paris now calls La Grange his hometown. Mr. Paris is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Colorado and he brings well over 20 years of trial experience to any litigation matter.

Having practiced since 1996, and with a long track record of success across the firm, he has successfully handled many difficult cases across the legal spectrum and has taken scores of cases to trial.

I was and remain very pleased with the services provided by Sean Paris and his firm. Sean and his entire staff treated me with the utmost respect from start to finish. They were very thorough in investigating my options throughout the case, took the time to educate me on statutes that steered my decisions and diligently inquired about my personal circumstances before recommending courses of action. I would not use another firm for any legal matter within their scope of services.

Very professional and knowledgeable, made a stressful process much less so by being honest and straightforward. Obtained a complete dismissal, and expedited the courtroom process so I missed a very minimal amount of work.

Hired Attorney Sean P. Paris

Mr. Paris handled a very emotionally charged family matter that involved allegations of domestic violence and police corruption. Mr. Paris very methodically instigated an internal affairs investigation against the arresting officer who then admitted to an affair with my spouse. Mr. Paris made sure he was always available to me, even meeting me at the emergency room to ensure my rights were protected at all times from intrusive police interrogation. He is an expert at sizing up any case.

After being put in the position of having to hire a criminal defense attorney, luckily I hired Sean Paris. I found that he believed in my innocence and he went above and beyond to prove it and my case was ultimately dismissed. His legal knowledge, courtroom presence and client support proved invaluable. If you need an attorney to be on your side, he's the one. Just be prepared for blatantly honest answers and opinions from him.
