I had an incredibly horrible experience with attorney Robert Potrykus. From the start of my case in April, he was not only unprofessional but also demeaning and belittling. Not once did Robert ever do any actual work on my case. In a recent attempt to get my case off of his desk (because it wasn’t an easy enough win) Robert flipped the script by blaming my botched surgery on me, claiming he knew the type of person I was. I was left baffled by how he could attribute a doctor’s errors to my character. Not only do I have a 2nd doctor’s opinion confirming the botched surgery, but Robert accused me of not doing my part to continue with litigation. He made many degrading comments implying that I don’t have enough money, shaming me for not paying off my botched surgery yet. Sorry Robert, I’m not too fond of paying for a surgery that created terrible side effects for me. So yes, I do pay the smallest monthly, 0% interest payments I can.
