Hired Attorney Kirsten Zhen Virginia Myers

After being in the rental business for 8 years with no major tenant issues, my husband and I found ourselves in a very contentious relationship with a tenant who repeatedly violated the lease agreement. We needed to begin the eviction process but wanted expert advice to ensure our interactions with the tenant were acceptable, the forms/documents were completed correctly and filed appropriately with the court. Kirsten Myers and her co-workers at Pearson & Paris, P.C. represented us in an exceptional way! The tenant eviction was completed as timely as possible, the total cost was very fair, and we feel the outcome was far more favorable than if we had handled the process ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend Kirsten Myers and the Pearson & Paris, P.C. firm to anyone needing advice in Real Estate. If we ever find ourselves in another situation where we need legal advice or representation we will certainly call on their expertise!!
