Andrus Wagstaff PC is a law firm established in 2010 with an office in Denver, CO. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing mass torts, dangerous drugs, personal injury and 11 other areas of law.
This firms communication with clients is horrible. They couldnt care less. They push you off the a third party company who knows absolutely nothing and is there just to run cover for them. I would go with somebody else if I had it to do all over again
They do not answer phone calls nor emails. The letter they sent on their stationary had the wrong phone number, email address, and fax number. I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy! My mother has had a case for with them for years. They don't call, update, or contact you ever. Then when you try to contact them they don't answer phone , email, or faxes cause they are all wrong information! When I called this other number some epic number they could only tell me that medicare had a lein on the settlement! Who has ever heard of that? My parents worked to pay for they social security and Medicare like most Àmericans that work. So why should we pay for it again? These folks are crooks and we are firing them and getting a real lawyer! We are also contacting the better business bureau about these crooks! We only gave them a 1 star reading cause there wasn't a 0 or - numbers to choose. These low down people are robbing good citizens and they need to be shut down! Be careful!
NOT REPONDING TO PHONES, E-MAILS, LETTER, AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS TO SATISFY ME. HOLDING MONEY BACK FOR BOGUS LIENS THAT EPIC GLOBEL CLAIMS THAT THEY FISCAL PROOF OF REIMBURSING MEDICARE FOR A LIEN ON ME 2006, WHEN IN FACT I WASN'T ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICARE UNTIL 3/1/2014. MEDICARE HAS NO RECORD ON A LIEN NOR HAVE THEY RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT FOR SAID LIEN.
This is the worst law office I ever seen I been dealing with this office for years and years for the same case they don’t want to answer your call always sends you to their answer machine and when they do decide to talk to you they be lying over and over you can’t TRUST THEM! Funds been in for years how I know an former worker told me and that’s been years!
