This lawyer, Victor Toriano drew up an enchanted life estate with my elder mom who is showing some cognitive decline and he allowed her 20 year younger boyfriend who came with nothing to exploit her through the enchanted life estate while both of them were at your office! Very bad lawyer!

You did not explain enchanted life estate to my elderly mom. You allowed her low life boyfriend to exploit my mom. Her low life boyfriend almost died. My mom is lucky because if he dies, my mom would have to give her home to low life boyfriend's meth head daughters. That is NOT what she wanted! WTF! Very bad lawyer!
