Hired Attorney Ms. Roberta Creighton

Roberta Creighton had been recommended by two friends on separate occasions. She was very informed, efficient, compassionate and knowledgeable. She handled every aspect of my trust and estate planning, power of attorneys, advanced medical directive, etc. I would highly recommend her.

They are 1 of the most corrupt law firms in Polk Co. Fla. They work with certain Guardians for the purpose of getting at the elderly persons estate. Creighton personally files a personal interest in all estates that have no relatives. This she does with a certain Guardian who is certified for the National Guardianship Program but they work together along with a 10th circuit court Judge so the Guardian has no bond and the Judge rubber stamps things for them without even looking or reviewing it

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
