Hired Attorney

After consulting with several attorneys about a real estate investment gone wrong, we were referred to Mr. Guard. We live out of state, so our contacts with him have been by phone. After our first consultation, Mr. Guard agreed to take our case, and he immediately took actions to protect our interests and recover our investment. He promptly returned our phone calls, kept us informed, explained the legal proceedings, and answered our questions, all with his wry sense of humor. We are thrilled to have recovered the majority of our investment, and Mr. Guard monitors the situation to make sure we recover all that we are contractually entitled to receive. It is a pleasure to have him working on our behalf and we are thankful for all he has done. He has our highest respect and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
