Mr. Headley is a professional, caring and well informed attorney. He works with his brother Scott who is also upper crust in his legal endeavors. Together they form a well rounded and informed law practice.

I spoke with Jim a few times and paid him every dollar up front. I listened to him tell me how awesome he was in court only see to see he fold like a little girl..Dont need him or his team for any fallow up because they will for sure Ghost you .Please find another attorney.Jim will not stand up for you when it counts.

Disorganized, not super smart, ego-driven bully who lost us our case by being unprepared. The only good that came out of working with his is that when we had a bigger issue come up, we knew not to hire him again.

Just took my friends retainer and did nothing he asked for. They do what they want and charge whimsical prices for it. Never use these attorneys, I warned him they had the worst reviews on here but he trusted them.

Absolutely just in it for the money. Billed me for the initial conference (who does that?) Never provided phone logs for time billing or proof it was ever done. Poor communication and no sense of urgency. Would never recommend. Use your hard earned money at another law firm that won't rip you off.
