My experience with Mr. Kamp has been nothing less than exceptional. Mr. Kamp knowledge of the law is a testament to his profession. He explained the law to me in terms I could understand. He was always on time for meetings and returned my phone calls.His staff is courteous and pleasant, but business-like. They kept me up to date on the paperwork that was needed from me,and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Mr. Kamp is aggressive in the courtroom. That's where it counts.
I would call for an update on my case after not hearing anything for a month was told the paralegal that was working on my case and Mr. Kamp were unavailable and that a message would be relayed to them that I called and that I would receivea response within 24-48 hours, this would continue to happen over and over until I demanded a refund then Mr. Kamp would finally call and try to smooth everything over. He was rude and acted like I was bothersome. Hide sight is 20/20
He did not practice "due diligence" and I really feel I was ripped off as a result. He would call me in for a conference, waste 30 minutes chit-chatting, with nothing important to say. Instead of taking immediate action on my case, he waited several months, giving the defendant time to file and complete bankruptcy.
He did nothing that helped in any way. He didn't even send written notice to opposing council that he was representing us. He called opposing council the evening prior to our court date to notify. While he dropped the ball, he was spoke to us in a rude and demeaning manner to try to gloss over his blatant error. I would not recommend his services.
