We represent clients in a full spectrum of estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration matters, including advising clients regarding the management and distribution of their assets, business succession planning, probate avoidance, and minimizing estate taxes. We work with all types of clients and estate sizes from preparing simple wills to preparing the most sophisticated of estate plans.

We also represent all types of clients in the probate process, and handle all levels of estates. Our staff and attorneys strive to provide excellent service to our clients through close personal attention and dedication, including homebound and hospital consultations. We work closely with our clients and their financial advisors and other professionals to meet their personal objectives and to achieve the best possible results.

Hired Attorney L. Caleb Wilson

Caleb helped me take care of my Uncle’s estate. He was very professional and did a very good job of helping me understand the law and my obligations. Caleb did a good job of keeping me updated and communicated as needed. We had some tough situations to get through. I would recommend him to others dealing with Estate and the Probate process.

A sudden tragedy brought us across Caleb Wilson at Craig Mundy's office. We were referred to the office by a good friend. During a time of uncertainty & chaos, Caleb worked with us and presented the information in a transparent, concise manner. In addition to Caleb's support, the cost of the services was reasonable not the lowest, nor the highest, just right compared to other offices we had contacted. Hired Attorney L. Caleb Wilson

I had to manage my Uncle's Probate processes in FL while I reside in AZ. Caleb made this a bearable process overall through the required work over a period of about a year and a half. I would highly recommend that anyone needing assistance with Wills, Probates, Estate Planning, etc. strongly consider Caleb Wilson as their partner.

We hired Caleb Wilson after a terrible experience with another lawyer dealing with the estate of our father. My brother and I were definitely jaded only to be so very satisfied with Caleb. He was friendly, efficient, and very professional. The entire process was carefully explained and quickly executed - virtually painless. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We definitely would recommend Caleb Wilson to anyone looking for an attorney in the area.

Craig A. Mundy and his associate, L. Caleb Wilson, were extremely helpful handling my mother's estate when she passed suddenly in October. They provided outstanding advice and made an otherwise very stressful situation much easier to endure. Both of my parents used Mr. Mundy to plan their estate and directives and it was seamless and simple to understand, when the time came. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing similar services, and am eternally grateful to them both.
