Hired Attorney Barton R. Resnicoff

Bart Resnicoff represented me for the beginning of my divorce process. I needed some clarifications on some bills I received. Once I started to go over the bill with him, he yelled at me that what I was doing was accusing him of lying. This happened once again when he shamed me for inquiring a charge (he again did not give an answer or clarify). This was a red flag. I changed attorneys soon after. I am very glad I did.

Would never recommend. Did as little as possible. Reported him to Bar Association with proof and documents and was told by them to take HIM to court.

This lawyer is inaccurate and destroys children. If you hire this attorney you may win your case since he has to lie to do so and he knows how to build a make believe case against your spouse but be ready to have bitter damaged children- Bart is a mother hater and his goal is to destroy the other spouse - other reviews that he managed to removed stated that he is mean spirited and ill minded- true to all- also, he was a prof at St. John’s university and more than likely taught your judge or lawyer so he convinces your attorney to throw you under the bus. He is an excellent fantastic attorney if you have no ethics and morals - good luck with Karma as this kind of representation will destroy your entire family. It does not matter how good of a mother or father you are, this lawyer will say you are an abuser and lie consistently. Be careful what you wish for and yes, I did pay for this attorney!
