I am extremely disappointed with the legal representation provided by Kimberly Sapp during my probate court case. Throughout the process, I faced significant difficulties in communication, which were exacerbated by her decision to resign mid-case. I found her responsiveness lacking, and on several occasions, I felt that my concerns were not met with the empathy or professionalism that one would expect. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening, especially during a time when support and understanding are crucial. A horrendous experience to say the least.
