Hired Law Firm

I got a DUI back in 2023, and after paying the firm and going through the system and courts I had to do jail time and other things to get my license back. I have been calling and emailing since October 10th 2024 about reinstating my license that I was eligible to get back January 15th 2024. As of today, April 21, 2025, I was told my file was never accessed, nor was there any record of my calling or emails about trying to get answers regarding my license. Tim was my original lawyer, whom he passed off to his daughter. I have never felt so pushed aside and neglected by a company, let alone a law firm. Zero communication, it took 4 different court dates just to get my sentence because they couldn't be bothered to get my affairs in order on their end. I have done everything the state has required and I'm getting shafted and ignored by this office after they've been paid to help.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
