I hired attorney Shawn Lindsay and his partner Adam Heder to represent me in a litigation in Cowlitz county superior court in Washington state that was started by another attorney. This litigation was supposed to value $1 250 000.00 againest a dentist who sold me his office and breached the contract. Mr. Lindsay asked for $1000 to study the case and I paid it on 1/16/2020. After studying the case, he accepted to represent me and asked for aditional $3000 that I paid on 1/20/2020. Then he said he was NOT licensed to pratice counseling in Washington state and he wanted to cooporate with someone who's licensed in Washington to help him in this case. Then he failed to represent me in the first motion filed by my adversery , the defendant, and I lost that motion. Had they told me from the begining they didn't have license in Washington where my case was filed, I would've never hired them and pay anything. In order for them to get $4000 retainer, they made me lose a claim of 1.25 million $
