Pat, represented me for a manslaughter case, which was ridiculous, in 2013. This man was a master chess player in the court room. He was always several moves ahead of the DA, and even surprised the judge once because my small town court, and DA weren’t accustomed to outsider attorneys who didn’t do, or say things how the DA wanted, like most court appointed attorneys do. Anyways, I respect, and appreciate Pat very much for many reasons, and I believe he is a good person who genuinely cares, and who will tell you how it is. He’s a little expensive, but how much is your “free” life worth to you? - Wes Harvey - 12/9/21.

Pat Birmingham is an exceptional lawyer and human being. I was singled out by an unethical D.A. for political retribution and Pat came to my aid. His command and reverence for the Word of Law and his presence in the court room told the jury that the D.A. lied and resulted in a 6-0 verdict of not guilty. I strongly recommend Pat defend your troubled situation.
Pat Birmingham scheduled me as a potential character witness for Gary Quackenbush in a criminal case against him. During the trial, Pat's technique was precise and resolute. He exposed the unethical behavior of the prosecuting attorney and showed my husband to be a credible witness. I am convinced that, largely due to Pat's ability in the courtroom, my husband was found not guilty by a unanimous vote of 6-0. Thank you Pat.
His communication is terrible but his pull with the DA is very good.
I found him to be less than truthful. All he cared about was money, and he was lazy. He quoted one price, then kept threatening demanded more. He also failed to get exculpatory witnesses. Had an anger problem, and alcohol issue.
