Mr. Peterson will shoot you straight from day one. Whether you have no case or you have a slam dunk, he will tell you without mixing words. I have worked with other attorneys and I can say from personal experience, Mr. Peterson has always been more than fair with me. Even when the odds have been stacked against me, Mr. Peterson has absolutely destroyed the opposition. When the worst was expected, the best has prevailed! Hired Attorney

Mr. Peterson has been a lifesaver for my family since 1988. He is dependable to his clients and ruthless in the court room. He will tell you straight from the start if you have a case, so as not to waste your time or money. I'm so blessed to have him, and he has definitely become part of our family. I would recommend him to anybody any time. I recommend that you get him as your lawyer before you have to go against him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
