Don’t walk, run in the other direction. This guy will never read the will. He will take whatever possession your loved one left to you especially if there is an Estate and turn it into cash just so he can enrich his pockets. He will lie on the stand. He will be friends with the opposing lawyer until he gets what he wants and that is cash. No, care in the world. God fearing he is not.
Terrible. He promised things he didn’t deliver. I would give zero stars across the board if I could. He took our $3,000 (his fee) at the first meeting and required over 3.5 months — and several emails and VM messages from me, to prod him — to complete simple estate documents that previous attorneys completed for us in a matter of days. Throughout that 3.5 months I remained concerned, and sometimes convinced, that we would never receive what we had paid him for. It was a painful experience.
