Andy Hahs represented me without notifying me of a very significant conflict that he had. In fact he advised me not to take action against another one of his clients who I believe has created great damage against me and my properties. Compounding this damage he even billed me for time that he spent representing the other adversarial and negligent yet larger client against my best interests. Andy Hahs violated several ethics conflict issues by deceivingly misrepresenting me.
Bittner And Hahs Lawfirm, with forethought and malice, victimizes tenants with disabilities, knowingly abuses the limits of the law, and practices law in Bad Faith. {para}I filed a complaint against one of their attorneys, Leah Sykes, with the Oregon State Bar Client Services office (complaint code TJW 1601090), provided ample evidence of her misconduct, and was ignored.{para}I retain all documentation of misconduct and it is available to anyone who wishes to view it.{para}Mia Storm
