Steven Coodin, originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, pursued his higher education at the University of Manitoba, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Advanced Degree in 1996. He then attended Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan, graduating in 2001. Practicing law since 2002 after joining the Minnesota State Bar, Steven focuses on DWI/DUI defense, criminal defense, and family law. He is known for his disciplined work ethic and commitment to his clients’ needs. In addition to his primary practice, Steven is involved with the Washington County Defense Panel, actively assisting defendants in court. Steven also volunteers his time speaking with people at both the Ramsey County and Washington County Criminal Legal Advice Clinics. He resides in Woodbury, Minnesota, where he passionately participates in local hockey—both playing and coaching his daughters’ teams. His interests also include weightlifting, following the NHL, and enjoying personal moments with his loving wife and two daughters.
