Hired Attorney Mr. Cezar McKnight

Failure to comply. Coerced an innocent person into taking accepting the wrong verdict. Failed to present evidence to the court. Misconduct and malicious malpractice. Failure to reply to emails or return calls.

Failure to comply with federal rules and regulations for the sake of the justice system. Failure to investigate cases for clients. Failure to produce substantial evidence in court. Coercing clients to accept unlawful rulings. Failure to comply with his clients. Several instances of Judicial misconduct, obstruction of justice, malpractice, and defrauding the court system. (This law firm is definitely not for the community or any community)

Hired Law Firm

He did not represent himself accurately and let my son's case drag on with no evidence. He went over 6 months at a time to update me and never knew my son had died. He was totally incompetent. The case should have been thrown out 6 months from the arrest. (a police set up and/or entrapment)

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
