EF has represented me since 09. He's not a real estate attorney but he cleaned up a property title mess left by another attorney I use to utilize while simultaneously solving a tax issue for me with the local assessor. Also, though he isn't a domestic attorney he handled my domestic case and out performed a domestic specialist used by my x-husband. EF is vigilante even when handling cases outside of his specializations and he never gave up on my case. Highly recommended.
