My divorce, which should have taken about 6 months, was not final even after 12 months. Every time I called, I was told that the paralegal was busy with another client. I never spoke with one of the attorneys after the initial consultation. I left a message at least 2-3xs a week and I rarely received a return call. If the office is too busy and overloaded, they should not take on as many cases. The service I received was unacceptable.
The office would not return phone calls. Tried to get more money from me after I had paid him the fee he stated.
Never was there to help. They knew what was going on and dismissed my case without even trying to help me. Wanted to do chapter 7 but they insisted on chapter 13, so they got more money. Once they got all there money then the case went down the tubes. Never could talk to anyone and get straight English terms instead of lawyer terms I know nothing about. What a joke.
