Hired Attorney Harland Burge Jr

Mr. Burge was such a wonderful caring man. He helped me when all other attorneys wouldn't take my case as I did not have a lot of money. He represented me on 2 different occasions. The first being getting my court ordered divorce monies given to me. My ex held up the sale of our home for 10 years while he and his new wife lived in our home. Mr. Burge took care of getting things settled and I got what was rightfully mine. The 2nd time was after I purchased a foreclosure home, my contractor took advantage of me horribly. The contractor put a mechanics lean on my home and I was struggling to keep it. The work had not been completed and we were living in the garage. Mr. Burge and I sued the contractor and we won in court so much so that the contractor lost his license and had to reimburse me! The judge in San Bernardino Superior Court said after the case was done, "you have a very good lawyer". I truly did. He was on his game and had the contractor so confused he couldn't remember his lies

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
