Sam's firm, Sessions and Kimble, was highly recommended by family attorneys and a respectable OC law firm. This was important because numerous law firms I spoke with, prior to speaking with Sam, were "ambulance chaser" firms/attorneys and were only concerned with a quick buck. Sam actually listened, and although the case was far from a slam dunk, he took the case with a positive outlook. I'm a police officer, and the case was against the city I work for. My case was a whistle blower case in which officers who use to work with me as equals, were promoted and used an investigation I started over a decade ago against me in promotional and special assignment processes. Because cities are protected against actions that took place more then 6 months prior, I had to file an HR complaint. The complaint was never fully investigated, so the lawsuit was filled.
