I needed to know where I stood on an easement agreement which I never
made with someone and he came thru for me again.

This attorney will place judicial politics over his client. Simple legal issues were not brought to court for a ruling. After 15 months and $25000.00, nothing was accomplished. He spoke to opposition without my permission or knowledge. He and the defense counsel "went in circles and accomplished nothing" according to the Judge. I feel his actions were unethical. Until the bar association disallows this type of behavior, the profession will never reach a respectable, trustworthy status.
