Hired Law Firm

She is crook. Do not hire her! I gave her a $5000 retainer in December of 2014 . It is 2018 and she has done nothing. She gave me nearly 20 court dates that never came to fruition. She used every personal excuse in the book to explain why she did not do the job that she was paid for. I live in Baton Rouge and the only way that I could talk to her is if I made an appointment and drove to Lafayette to do so. She never returns calls or emails. I fired her and had to pay another attorney! Run!

As the client I did more research than her. She lost very important documents I had given her with information that left me & my case compromised. I paid her an flat rate we agreed upon but she continually ask for more money. Then finally when we were supposed to go to court she decided to not return my calls but kept my money. And always head personal excuses of why things weren't done on time. NOT professional at all. My children further suffered from her lack of competency.
