After clerking for the Honorable Marilyn C. Castle of the Fifteenth Judicial District Court in Lafayette, Jason has gained significant expertise working with employers throughout the state in skillfully managing claims. He has successfully litigated at all levels of state and federal courts in Louisiana, as well as before the Louisiana Office of Workers’ Compensation. His defense litigation practice focuses on workers’ compensation, commercial auto, medical malpractice, premises liability, and construction defect. Additionally, Jason has litigated claims involving subrogation, insurance coverage, and environmental law.
Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. His favorite pastimes include cooking, hunting, fishing, tailgating, and watching football.
