Not only is Mr. Schoeffler a terrible lawyer (unorganized, numerous motions denied before we decided to switch counsel) he's also a jerk. Argumentative and dismissive with us as clients, especially of my wife. Very disingenuous - the kind that's sweet as pie until you disagree with him. We had serious questions about our case and could never ask him anything without him getting defensive. Awful experience.
Unprofessional. Very disappointed with him as a legal consultant. Acts like he owns the place and knows everything. My company normally retains consultants moving forward but we took a pass on this turkey.
If you’re looking for a lawyer who’s arrogant, dismissive, and seems to care more about his ego than his clients, look no further. Talking to him felt like pulling teeth—condescending, unhelpful, and a total waste of time. Save yourself the headache and find literally anyone else.
