The personal injury case was for my mother who is 90 years old. I acted on her behalf. The law firm represented her interest, with me acting as her power of attorney and they were very considerate and patient in dealing with our situation.
The attorney in charge of my case failed to obtain all of the charges pertaining to the accident and my subsequent surgery. The case was settled and a year later, the hospital sent me a bill for $150,000.00 for the surgery. When I called Mr. Liebermann he told me it was the hospital's fault for not submitting a timely claim to Medicare. However, they refuted that and it was found that I had to pay the bill. Mr Bart talked with the hospital and the hospital informed me that the law firm paid.
