Our job is to provide the experienced, committed and professional legal representation in the complex arena of criminal law

My law firm is focused on the representation of individuals who have been arrested for drug offenses, OWI, DWI, DUI and complex litigation. We serve clients in Lafayette, Breaux Bridge, St. Martinville, and surrounding areas. We recognize the special needs of those who find themselves in the strange world of the criminal justice system. Arrests for drug or alcohol offenses can lead to consequences beyond deprivation of liberty; loss of jobs, employment and educational opportunities, insurance complications and extensive probation are all issues that can arise as a result of criminal charges.

We are committed to assisting our clients in resolving those issues which led to their arrest in the first place. We have valued and trusted relationships with many professionals in a variety of different areas who will work with us in an effort to obtain a satisfactory resolution to our client's legal and personal problems.

Mr. Sallinger and his staff are truly amazing. Don’t be swayed by the attorney’s with the fancy billboards, incessant t.v. commercials, or gimmicky slogans. When you hire this law firm you get a team of amazing people that work with you. Miss Allison Miss Jan and Miss Leesa work with you and for you. You may not understand the reason they do what they do but trust me they know what they are doing. I hired them for a felony charge with a possible sentence of 15 years. They were able to get the charge down to a misdemeanor. They said they would get the best outcome possible and they did. I highly recommend this law firm.

Mr. Sallinger and his staff have been wonderful in assisting my husband with his legal problems. Actually, they have gone above and beyond..I've had many questions and concerns and Mr. Sallinger has patiently and promptly responded. He, along with Alllyson, Latonya and his office staff are professional and compassionate. Being involved in the legal/judicial system can be overwhelming and intimidating. Mr. Sallinger kept me informed every step of the way and always worked to do what was in my husband's best interest.
