He never had time to spend with me or go over my case and decided it be best to plead out my case with the insurance, rather than fighting for me or going to trial. He then billed me for ever keystroke and minute of conversation on the phone and his expense was added after taking a third of the settlement.{para}My settlement did not closely cover my injury costs and he rushed me to settle when I was not fully recovered. He was very impatient and seemed as though I was a burden to him sometimes.
